mirrors edge ps3 new?

Wanted to play this again on ps3, but all copies I see on amazon have it for like $40. Thinking about just buying it used for $10 on best buy, but I really rather have a new copy. It is an older game so it should be cheaper to find than this.

It's an older game that's out of print, has a pretty dedicated following and recently had a sequel announced. It's not gonna be easy to find this cheap but you could luck out if you check some B&M stores.
