MK tournament edition fightstick for PC

I have the Mortal Kombat TE fightstick for PS3 and wanted to use it for the steam version of MK X. I googled if it works with PC which it does but needs 3rd party help. What types of software can I use to get it to work?

I've used them both before but the ones that I suggested were better solutions for my setups.
