All the reviews I've read have said that it's mostly the same game. And considering right now the 2K11 servers are still up, and you can download the exact MLB 2K12 rosters, I decided to just go that route this year. 2K is notorious for shutting down their servers right after the next game comes out though, so get them while you can.

Tempting i've already Redboxed this twice, the my player thing is great. I had been putting off getting the NBA/MLB combo pack for $70 maybe I should just grab this. NBA has been out awhile prices are dropping lower and lower.
