You can get the Hardened edition for $60 at Amazon. Comes with a code to get the original CoD which is worth $15.

I think you may have just missed out on the MicrosoftStore.com's MW2 for $42 sale, because I no longer see it offered on their site.

If you like to collect stuff, amazon.com has the "hardened" edition - one step above the standard edition and one step below the prestiege bundle that comes with the night-vision goggles - for $60, which I think is $20 off the MSRP. That basically makes it the price of just the standard edition without having to pay tax or shipping (for most users).

Here is what sets it apart from the standard edition:
-steel book with metallic finish
-art book-
-token to download the original 'Call of Duty.' (which is prolly worth maybe $5-10 itself)
