I was planning to get a GC and have seen a few old mentions around the 'net that newer hardware Gamecube's (DL-101) can't read the latest 1.06b Freeloader disc.
Which version of Freeloader works then? There's no concrete info that I could find online. Anyone know firsthand or otherwise? Would anyone sell their old version Freeloader (if compatible with newer version GC's)?
BTW, it functions on the wii (pre 3.0 fw), but what the hell am I going to do when it needs to be updated...
