Moe's Southwestern Grill Menu Crazy Name FAQ?

I don't know how many of you have a Moe's Southwestern Grill around you, but all of the crazy menu names are supposed to be stuff from movies and pop culture.

It is killing me that I don't know what some of this stuff is, a little help would be greatly appreciated. The stuff in "()" is my best guess or input from other CAGS.

Village idiot could be a lot of different movies IMO. Someone needs to tell them that ever is not a hardcore movie buff and some would not know those.

I always assumed the Other Lewinsky was no doubt a reference to Monica Lewinsky (perhaps with a small tie to the big lebowski).
