Monsters Frontier - Xbox Live Codes QUESTION

Just found out you need to download the newest version of monsters frontier for all those wondering this still works.

What will work?

Getting the 48 hour code or the game?

Because for the game you need to have a japanese account on a japanese console that is located in japan to be able to play it.

Edit: Just checked, and both the codes still work.
