Monsters University with free Bag at FYE!

Is there any sort of deal on this movie? I don't buy many but Pixar blu-rays are an exception. It's just that it seems in the past I was able to get them pretty cheap.
 
TRU has a pre-order card for Planes, you save $10 when you purchase a movie $19.99 or more. They have the Blu-Ray+DVD Combo for $22.99. Wal-Mart has it for $19.99, Best Buy has a promotion when you buy both Monsters U 3D & Cars 3D you save $8, this promotion is online, not sure if it will ring up the same at the store.
