Mine are:

Jackass: Number Two
The Science of Sleep
The Departed
(Scorsese remake of "Infernal Affairs")
Fast Food Nation
Marie Antoinette
The Prestige
Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas 3-D
Borat
Casino Royale
For Your Consideration
Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny
Let's Go to Prison
The Fountain
Southland Tales

Dead or Alive

not really but I guess I will check out the next bond movie. but without brosman..its gonna suck.
Casino Royale and The Nightmare Before Christmas 3D (though I doubt any theaters around me can do 3D).
Can't any theatre do 3D? I assume it's just like Sharkboy and Lava Girl and the Spykids movies.

After seeing Superman in 3-d at IMAX, im looking forward to some 3d movies.

No this re-release is with the same 3D technology that they did with Chicken Little and Monster House (essentially IMAX quality)

Borat and Tenacious D for me. Borat looked like a guaranteed good movie from the trailer, Tenacious D not so much but I'm a huge fan of The D so I'm seeing it either way.

Yeesh, Jackass 2 is seriously one of your highly anticipated films for the rest of the year? It's a struggle to even call that a film IMO...

I admit though I'm looking forward to some of those as well, but think half of them are actually going to suck. I have little faith that ones like the Departed, Marie Antoinette, Tencious D, and even Casino Royale may not turn out to be everything I expect, but thems the breaks.

Some others unmentioned that I'm looking forward to are, I'll def. try to catch in the theaters:

Half Nelson (which actually just came out, but not here)
A Guide to Recognizing Your Saints
The Wicker man
The Good Shepard
This Film is Not Yet Rated (I dunno much about it but just want ot see how the MPAA reacts)
Renaissance (maybe my most anitcipated, the art/style looks awesome)
Trade
Stranger than Fiction
The Blood Diamond
Fearless

These had good potential but will probably suck so I'll probably wait for a DVD:

The Quiet
Killshot (it sounded good til they cast Justin timberlake)
Eragon
Crank
Babel
Last King of Scotland
Children of Men

Jackass II
Casino Royale
Saw III
Snakes on a Plane
Little Miss Sunshine - I love Steve Carell.

There are more but these are the only ones I'm actually waiting for.

For shame.
Last I heard it was pushed into Feb. 2007, so technically it doesn't qualify AFAIK. I have to admit I thought it would look terrible, but the trailer looked suprisingly decent IMO, then agian they can make just about anything look good in a trailer.

It's still slated for December 2006, but anything can happen. Oddly enough, I don't think it will be all that great either, but I love the series so much that I really don't care as long as it entertains me.

Also want to see Farce of the Penguins.

I believe the ads are user-customized, meaning things relating to what you specifically were searching on Amazon... (or at least mine are)
I only have have a small role in that (and don't tell anyone, but it's not very good)
Poor Christopher Reeve

Nothing even close to piquing my interest. Looks like the next thing that gets my money will be Spiderman 3 or PotC 3. Sad.

Some of mine, with trailers, and reasons why I'm looking forward to them.

Half Nelson
A Scanner Darkly
Scoop
Little Miss Sunshine

I know these are both already out, but movies like these, people like me have to wait several more months to see because we do not live in or around an even remotely big city. So those are big ones to look for in the future for me.

Also:
Snakes On A Plane
(who is not excited to see this?)
Borat
(this is gonna be quoted like mad, and we all know it)
Saw 3
(can't wait to see what kinda sick crap they come up with)
The Marine
(WWE movies are always... interesting... for better or worse...)
Night At the Museum
(kinda Indian In the Cupboard-ish... I like it)
The Covenant
(damn cool looking trailer, looks like my kind of movie)
Crank
(Statham rocks, I hope they lock him into play Hitman when they make the movie, if not it better be a damn good unknown)
Pick of Destiny
(ROCK!)
Man of the Year
(this is gonna be great, and sadly I could see this almost happening and want to see what it'd be like)
Pulse
(because although I hate horror movies like this, I hate them because they scare the crap out of me [if viewed with a subdued/non-existent audience, which is why I haven't seen it yet] and that's really a compliment I guess.)

The Grudge 2
(same as above)
Stranger Than Fiction
(this could be the thing that gets Ferrell out of my theoretical doghouse)
Ten Til' Noon
(I heard about this a while ago, and it sounds good, I tend to like movies about more than two-three people, like Go, 11:14, Big Trouble, Love Actually, etc. and if anyone can recommend some good ones in this style please let me know)
The Illusionist
(not one for period pieces, but it's been a while since I've seen something I liked from Norton and I'm ready to give him another chance)

How To Eat Fried Worms
(loved the book, but has been forever since I read it, and am eager to see it)

Casino Royale
(while personally, I don't think anyone is going to top Brosnan, Bond movies are always a fun ride that I enjoy taking)

The Last Kiss
(it's Zach Braff, Rachel Bilson, excellent soundtrack, story, has the makins')

Jackass Number Two
(laughed my ass off at the first one from the sheer stupidity, and not having to "put up" with a plot in a movie for once, looking forward to more)

School For Scoundrels
(disposable movie, but could be an interesting concept)

The Departed
(love me some Jack Nicholson, this may be one to watch)

Employee of the Month
(I want to see if Dane Cook can hold a movie down by himself, basically)

Dead Or Alive
(this will probably be a crapfest, but I enjoy going to see these during the last showings of their run in the local theater with a group of friends and ridiculing the hell out of them)

The Prestige
(this could be fun, but this AND the Illusionist, I know I'm going to get these mixed up)

Van Wilder Deux: The Rise of Taj
(no Ryan Reynolds, but I'll watch it anyway)

Chaos Theory
(does have Ryan Reynolds, and I'm down for some R&R anytime)
Tom Yum Goong or whatever the American name of it is called
"The Protecter" and yeah that does look extremely fucking sweet, I forgot about that one.

Just from the trailer alone, looks about 100 times awesomer than Ong-Bak, and Ong-Bak was pretty sweet.
Nobody mentioned Rocky Balboa?

Agreed. What's wrong with you people? This is going to be the greatest movie ever, and denying that is against the law.
