MP3 Player problems

I recently purchased a Sansa Connect 8GB, the problem is that sometimes files won't transfer. They're all in mp3 format, so that's not the problem, I use Yahoo Jukebox, didn't work (tried to reacquire license to no avail), no luck in Windows Media Player, nope, and drag and drop didn't work.

Any ideas?

Did you go to Sandisk's website to see if there's any firmware updates or software upgrades for that player?

Maybe a fresh-format/initialize for the player is in order?

Yeah I went to the website, but sometimes music will transfer, most of the time though, it won't.

Maybe it doesn't like to play music that sucks?
