Out on DVD July 14th!!!

Finally!! I loved this damn show and getting tired of having to settle for the
bad rips on youtube. It seems every year they get close to releasing it and some shit comes up. This show was comic gold. They went on to create Reno 911. Who else is excited?

Awesome!!!!!!!

Damn sideways house, killed my boy!

Also, the jeopardy-like show where there they wager orphans is great. Name a form of transportation. Blue. Wooden.

*EDIT*

Wait a sec, according to The Stat'e official website, there's still no official release date. :(

He begs to differ.. Hope this isn't another off/on again b.s thats been happening for the past few years. Thought for sure this was it.

Well, we’ve been crying wolf for about two years now. Let’s hope the sheep don’t slaughtered this time, because I think this is finally it. MTV Home Entertainment plans to release the long-awaited State DVD set on July 14th….Bastille Day! Because as you know, The State would not exist if not for its deeply influenced origins in French history.
Now…there’s a slight chance this exact date may change, but it will be released in the summer. MTV is hoping to set up a State DVD Website in the next couple months with more info, and possible pre-order sales. Their ultimate plan is to coordinate the release between the Reno finale and the premiere of Michael Ian Black and Michael Showalter’s very funny new show, Michael and Michael Have Issues.
Tell your friends. Storm the castle.

I use to love that show back in the day. When I was going through VHS tapes, I found one where my sister recorded episodes of the show she wouldn't be able to watch when it came on. I use to talk about that show with friends and laugh. I still laugh whenever I think of Louie "I'm going to dip my balls in it" and the one about the wide open fence or whatever that was off limits (while in prison). I remember the two guys who would sit too close to the road waving at everyone, and a sign was put up warning people about two guys waving.

Great news!!! I hope it comes to fruition. I've had the tape for years but haven't plugged in a VCR forever. Nothin' beats "I'm a fucking blueberry!" :D
This is more exciting than $240 worth of pudding.

And that's a lot of pudding.
I'm asking myself, "What are they gonna do with all that pudding?"

Freaking awesome its official. There was this skit, that had to do with robbers on the roof and they were negotiating with the police to surrender. Their demands ended up being a just a few bucks in change. I remember finding it so damn funny but, haven't been able to find it on youtube to see if it stood up in time. Now I can finally see it.
