I actually believe that the PSFASTER code is for faster shipping for their power saver sale.

I know that if you spend 99+ you get free overnight shipping. Lower tiers are free 2 day and free ground (I think at 29.99 and 59.99 respectively). I might be wrong on the $ levels, but it should be for faster shipping.
