There is also a '$25 off single item of $99 or more" on the front page of the store ad that is good until May 5. It does say it doesn't apply toward clearance in the fine print so you might not be able to apply it toward the SF x Tekken fight stick but the DSI XL should be game.

Wow that is ridiculously cheap for Crysis 2,i've been meaning to play that one.
 
I just stopped into the Omaha one and they had the same thing going on, except for Assassin's Creed Revelations was NOT part of the clearance.

I ended up with:
House of the Dead Overkill Extended Cut - $10
Tekken Hybrid - $10
Rune Factory - $15
Binary Domain - $12
Shadows of the Damned - $10
Resident Evil: Revelaitons - $20

They also had a Sony rep there who had posters, soundtracks and shirts. They also had multiple "Drake's notebook"s as well.

Omg I wish I would have known about SOTD for 10. Would have gladly grabbed that.

Just went back there yesterday and saw that they had tons of copies of DOA5 for both PS3 and 360 at $20. I also almost bought Persona 4 Arena there for $25, but decided to see if I could find it cheaper...then Gamestop lowered their price to $20.
 
Happened to be at the KC NFM today. Took pictures of the clearance bins as I didn't have much time. Noticed Uncharted 3 GOTY, Dead or Alive 5 :360:, Xcom :ps3: (all at $20) and Smart As still there at $15. Most things in the bins were $20.
