need a good electric shaver

ive been using a norelco coolskin 7735x rotary..great shaver, but it died on me. been shaving back with razors and i cant stand it. looking to spend at most $60-70. whats the best rotary shaver on the market right now around that price?

I dunno, man, my face I can shave with a blade in about 50 seconds. With an electric it takes about 3 minutes of going over the same place over and over for the 3 hairs that never seem to get cut

By then my face feels like its been sitting under a heatlamp at McDonalds for 2 hours.
