Need a reliable web host, any recomendations?

I don't need a lot of space, just want to keep the price under $15 a month. I see a ton of hosts but hard to find out if they are any good at all. Any help is appreciated!

I've been with www.powweb.com for quite a while now. I highly recomend them. Currently they have their services for $5.77 which is a great deal for what they offer:

800 gigs of bandwith/month
40 gigs disk space

And all the extra goodies you'd want to: php, mysql, htaccess, etc.
