Need advice on sealed Majora's Mask, Ocarina of Time, Super Mario World & Paper Mario

A friend of a friend is trying to sell these to me. OoT has obvious damage to that one corner, but otherwise it is fine. Super Mario World has a slight inch tear in the wrap, the other two are 85+ condition. Any opinions on what would be a fair price?

We've sort of arrived at a price, but wouldn't mind a few extra educated opinions ^^.

Using eBay as a measuring stick, with dialed down prices and an additional discount for buying in a lot (plus the slight damage), I think the most you should have to pay is $300.

Here's a question: What do you plan to do with them?

If you plan on playing them, I'd say just download them all on the Wii Shop channel because opening them would be a total waste of money. If you're buying them to keep them as collectors items to resell later, I'd try to get it for under $200.
