Dead Space 2 is $9.99, not NFS. Sorry if I worded my original post weird to make you think NFS was $9.99.

Anyway, man Origin checkout was a pain in the ass. After all that, I had to re-verify my address, and I had to select between two different counties in my state that are very very close by, but they didn't actually have the county that I live in. I thought that was really odd. I didn't want to miss out, so I just picked one. I hope I didn't just screw myself by doing that. Trying to find a contact email but it's impossible...

Hope Amazon price matches this one - they're giving $1 credits for Music / Instant Video using 5-day shipping if you're a Prime subscriber. Wouldn't mind a few bucks there so I could buy Tron: Uprising..
 
Great OP, thank you. I needed something to add to Alice Madness Returns and Walking Dead for the free shipping anyhow, and I need Vita games, so this was pretty perfect. It's actually 4 games because I get the original American McGee's Alice, too.

If you've never ordered from EA/Origin just be patient. Their updates are horrible and you will get your games before the update most likely. I was concerned before on this but it always worked out for me. It's been like this for every order I've made with them in the past.

Play games in your backlog while you wait.

Hah likely true. But given there have been a ton of cancellations and lost orders in my history this past week, I get a tad nervous about it. :D

I understand what mean so no worries there. I hate when there no record/check status on orders especially on BF buys. You can always send a email but you still might get the games before a response. :)

It's similar to when a person buys a game at a higher price, opens it, and then sees it advertised at a lower price somewhere else, so he buys another copy. He then uses the old receipt to return the sealed game to the first store. The store is getting the same title back, and I've seen this strategy discussed here numerous times.

That is really dumb that you can't see updates on your purchases, but I honestly don't expect anything less from EA. I couldn't even find a god damn contact email address. Having said that, I'm not worried about it. I was charged, it will get here when it gets here. Like another poster said, just work on your backlog in the meantime.
 
I debated this for a while. I was going to get the $20 PC version from amazon, then this, but I think I'll wait until the 360 version hits $15-20 since thats where I have friends who play these games. Seems the multiplayer is the main attraction, at least I think it will be for me.
 
I have ordered from Origin multiple times in the past. Often your order will not show up in your history until weeks later, I also often get the shipping notice with tracking number AFTER I receive the package. Sometimes they haven't even charged my credit card until after I get the package. It's odd, but I've never had a problem getting my stuff either. Be patient.

Yeah, it's been dead. This is one of those times where I wish a mod would come in and move this thread to the graveyard. The people that keep bumping this thread are inquiring about their past purchase, which does nothing to help people who still want in on the deal.

It's threads like these that made me put deal expiration dates at the top of my deal posts. I found it so frustrating when I first started using CAG to see old threads get bumped just because someone wanted to announce they received their shipment in the mail, yet the deal had been dead for weeks.

Thats a problem that could be taken care of by calming the fuck down.
 
I've ordered a pile of crap from EA and never a problem. I wouldn't worry, despite the lack of online tracking and updates.
 
This is my personal experience over this. I to ordered need for speed and madden 13 for ps vita and got the the confirmation page. I never recieved an email and never got charged. I called and waited approximately 1hr 30mins till i finally got a specialist who says it probaly was a ghost order that does happen once in awhile. I will say this on behalf of ea origin, they agreed to call me tomorrow and credit me so i will balance out like I paid 40 dollars but I will still have to pay full price but then they will refund me. Honestly it still sucks but it is better then not getting the deal at all do the order becoming ghosted. Now I can't say this is what happened to your orders but I wasn't charged and my order was gone. So if you were charged in your bank account then the order probaly will go through.

you guys might want to call or live chat, it took me almost an hour to get live chat but when I did they said my order was stuck. whatever that means and it had to be escalated to supervisor, which I am waiting for. they did give a a 15% off coupon code while waiting so long. I will update when I hear something.
 
Not that it matters, but I don't technically see anything wrong with that.

Buying the game for $20 from Origin and then returning it to Walmart for $40 as a no-receipt return is return fraud.
 
I chatted with a very informative specialist.

It was told the orders are still processing and that they are aware of the technical difficulty on the order page. He told me I wasn't the only one with the issue but he was re-assurring the product are being moved and it will ship via-UPS economy(Which might be next week to will get this,IMO)

But just chill!
 
Just an update from my previous post, Supervisor called me today and i rebought madden and need for speed due to ghost order. Total came out to 76 dollars and he refunded me to make around 40 dollars. Which will take a few days to post on my bank account, but it is better then getting nothing which is what usually happens when I get a ghost order(which I had happen at bestbuy and they did nothing for me)

Mine finally shipped after being in process since monday and after I complained to CS at EA. Now I have so strange tracking number I have never seen before. It started with an M.

Ordered most wanted vita on Monday, it was shipped out by UPS ground on Wednesday. Didn't receive shipping confirmation email till tonight...
 
Origin is a very odd place. I called them today and asked them what on earth was going on. They told me my order was still processing, but hopefully would ship in the next 24/48 hours. I was told they were quite backed up due to the sales.

I got the shipping email tonight, but when I track it it shows it shipped on the 27th!

Way to go, Origin. Seriously, get your act together!
 
I got my BF orders of NFS: Most Wanted & FIFA 13 delivered to my doorstep yesterday (Thu.).
Just got shipment confirmation e-mail today (Friday) - a day later.
Ea.com/profile still shows order as "in process".

Oh well...
 
Got mine yesterday as well (NFS Vita). The tracking worked fine and yesterday was the estimated delivery date.
