Need Help Finding Racing Game for a Gift

So I'm looking for a game for the PS2 for my girlfriend's dad. I need something that's pretty accessible, not too difficult to play, and preferably has Corvettes (he owns one, and I imagine he'd like to be able to drive one in the game). The less text, the better - he's not a native English speaker, and can occasionally struggle with large amounts of text.

So, easy, accessible, Corvettes preferred...what are my options? Used/new doesn't matter, so go ahead and suggest "out of print" games too.
