Ok, so I finally bought a new TV and it doesn't have a DVI plug. But my comcsat HD digital cable blah blah blah is DVI. What the TV has is 2 HDMI inputs. Now what I need is some sort of DVI to HDMI convertor.:

Diamgram: Cable Box---(DVI cabel)-----_-_-(

Read your manual or call comcast to see if the box requires a Dual Link cable. The large majority of things don't require Dual link and if that's the case then those cables will work just fine.

That said, with most companies you can often exchange you cable box for a newer model. So if one if available it will likley have HDMI and seeing as how you typically lease the equipment from the cable company if doesn't cost you much (if anything).
Thank you, but my cable box and the cable it self have no gap inbetween all the pins. Is that bad?
nope thats just how it is.
