Need help with PSP memory stick

If I have a psp memory stick with games downloaded on it, can someone else on a different psp play those games? If they take my memory card, shouldnt they be able to play the games off the memory stick? For some reason this isnt working, is there anything I need to do? Any help would be great, thanks!

Nope it is tie to your system, not memory stick
