Need quick help!

I gotta find a movie with a "POLICE, DROP yOUR WEAPONS AND GET OUT" scene for a french project. I just need to know a few movies that had such scenes and I'll rent them. We Own the Night was great but the scene was not what we were looking for. We need something that, when played on a speaker, would look like there was police outside.
