Mate, don't buy 'em. Call 1-800-4-MY-XBOX tell them you bought your headset 70 days ago and the store warranty ran out. They'll send you a new one and you don't have to return it.

Really? I know for a fact that they will let you return a wireless controller IF you have the extended warranty on your premium system. I called them up and they had me send in my controller when the thumbstick quit responding when you pressed it in...
