Netflix froze my 360 help

So I get home from a long night this morning and just want to relax and watch an episode of the office and go back to sleep. Turn on the old xbox and get into netflix pick what I want and it goes to the loading screen. The screen dims, than nothing happens. I just have the xbox360, netflix screen. It won't go anywhere, ive turned it on and off, still there, unplugged the power from the back of the system while it was on and off, still wont go away. Removed the memory unit didn't help either. Put in a game, the game loaded fine, I could hear it in the backround, just still had that screen. Dashboard loads up fine, I can hear everything and navigate, just cant see with that damn image on my screen. What do I do?

Maybe an HDCP connection problem? You could try unplugging your TV for a few minutes and then trying it again.

oh, the screen is still up when its off? that is the tv, the imput just froze the image or something.
