Netflix outside of U.S.A

What do I have to do to set myself up with Netflix outside of the USA? Cheapy is in Japan and is able to do it.

I'm in Canada and would like to use the service on my xbox 360.

Just need a US netflix account, can probably create one using a proxy. I added my brother in laws xbox to my netflix account (he's in Canada) and it went through just fine.

I was wondering the same thing. I know Cheapy says he has one, and im sure using a proxy server is quite straightforward, the problem is how to pay for it? Cheapy should have an American credit card, so its easy. If you dont have an American credit card, are there any other options?

Some more questions on the subject: 1) is this feature coming to the UK? 2) if not, do we Brits get something else?

Why are we Brits (and Yerps) paying the same amount to Microshaft and getting less from our "experience"?
