newegg: 4000 MS points $45

Good deal for what I am trying to do but for some reason Newegg keeps voiding my orders through Paypal though I have way more then needed.

If anyone knows why a way around this or a fix help would be appreciated. Makes me wish I jumped on the V.me deal.
 
Was a pretty good deal at $40.50 when I got it yesterday with the V.me deal. Now, just kind of a cool deal.

Still better than retail though.

Keeps happening to me, too, and not just through Paypal.
