Well, it says this on their webpage listing for Persona 4 Arena:

Persona 4 Arena w/CD

However, that description is very vague, so I don't know. What does "w/CD" even mean?

I'm going to guess that it will. When I got The King of Fighters XIII (another Atlus game), it came with a 4-CD bundle. They just shrinkwrapped the game to the cd sets in all of the first batches, so it wouldn't surprise me if they did something similar here.
