Newegg.com Preorders Question

no experience with pre orders but excellent customer service
I would have no hesitation

yea i like new i ordered a 2 gig for my psp once and and got it in two days

I got my preordered Lunar Knights very fast.

Newegg is terrible for pre-orders, I would never recommend them. I have preordered from them multiple times and never gotten a response. Their customer service is outsourced on top of that and has no clue about my order status.

Maybe its just me...
