Best Buy has the PS2 version for $19.99 according to their web page. This may be a universal price drop.

According to one rep at BB, they're supposedly not getting any more copies of NFL Street once they sell out of it.

At least, for the XBox and GC versions, since they're not showing up on the website anymore, and the SKU is coming up as a deleted SKU in their system.
