My son was cleaning the edges of the touch screen with his fingernail and now the screen has no response to touch and the buttons dont work. It can still take pictures tho. Any tips here how to fix this?
 
Random question, is there a screen protector on top of the touch screen? It's strange but some of them (might be cuz of how they're applied) cause buttons to not work. Don't know why, but thought it'd be worth asking. Maybe when he was cleaning the screen, something happened to the screen protector (if one is applied). If he doesn't use one, then disregard this.
