That Satisye looks like it stands up by itself? And what if I wanted to use it just as a stand sometimes, can it still hold the switch without the joycons?

It will stand up, but it’s straight up and down. You could put the switch body on it while it’s standing, but it would fall out if you picked the grip up with the switch body just laying on it.

It’s an awesome grip and I also like the slim case.

I beat the game but I always hit Y for the extra health. I found some missions just felt cheap, but a lot of times it just boils down to having to be super aggressive, and that goes against my xcom experience. I got a bit burnt out by the end and don’t have much interest in the DK DLC.

Its only easy if you dont care about getting a silver or gold trophy, I beat the game getting gold on every fight, without extra health but it took a LOT of retries, and precise movement to the point of it being bullshit in some cases, and the extra missions range from moderately difficult to insanely hard.

Is there any chance we ever see a new Punch-Out title at some point? Hell, I'd even settle for a Switch port of the Wii game, as I never played that title much(I was allergic to the Wiimote). PO seems a much better bet than even a Star Fox at this point, as there is much less to go wrong, and every past title was pretty solid overall(so no real turds). Seems like an easy win each time I think of a new game getting made, but I guess "N" has other thoughts and plans(or not).

so sad you missed the Wii version of Puch Out! wii remote was required to play, but motion controls were option, you could put sideways the wii remote and play it like a NES controller like the original game.

Yeah, let me clarify, as my "I was allergic to the Wiimote" comment was both meant as a joke, and a sad, sad reality of my time using the Wii.

Yes, I'm well aware you can turn the Wiimote side ways and play like an NES controller, as the time I spent with the game, was indeed in that manner. BUT, in between rounds or at the selection screen, you are FORCED to point at the screen to make commands that should be done through the d-pad and buttons(since it's already turned sideways to begin with). Now if there was a way to not have to do this, I never found it, and I couldn't stand that I had to use motion controls for no other reason than "N" needing to be right 100% of time when it comes to actual ing choices! So gameplay was fine, but then when I had to use motion pointing to just make a menu selection, I entered early retirement and haven't been back! LOL

I've stated in the past that I think "N" limited demo of a demo situation may have been their most stupid moment(3DS limited use demos, of an already limited demo), but this motion control for selection purposes may actually be my top spot. Sadly, to hard to pick a winner!

Don't know if anyone else picked up Torchlight 2 today or not, but damn does it bring back memories.

Only played about an hour so far, Outlander, and "docked" on my monitor but looks and plays just fine. No lag or choppiness at all. It's early, cause I know there will be a ton of crap on screen later in the game, but so far it's running great.

And the controls are perfect. (right on the D-Pad changes the minimap from the default 1/4 screen entire map, to the typical minimap circle to completely off the screen, and up/down zooms it in/out. Don't see a use for left on D-pad yet, but again not too far in.)

I noticed it too being out, really want to pull the trigger on it but i feel like I spent like $200+ on digital games already in the last month on Switch. I really want to get TL2 and Risk of Rain 2.
