Big thanks to everyone doing the leg work on this deal. Managed to pick up Wargroove, Hollow Knight, Stardew Valley, and Katana Zero on the cheap (actually $13.76 in total) and got the codes instantly via the receipt. Already bought Cuphead and Celeste, or would have bought those as well.

If you do redeem in Argentina eshop and then switch back to US, you can still download the games through the US eshop (it will show as purchased in the US shop). The only thing you lose doing it this way is earning gold coins on your US account.

One follow up... I know on the US shop you need to have a switch connected to your account. If I make a 2nd account on the Argentina marketplace, same thing?  I.e. do I need to make a 2nd account on my switch, log into nintendo.com and then switch to Argentina to make said purchases?

I just made a new account set to Argentina on US Nintendo.com. I logged into it on the Argentina store and bought the games and used the codes on my normal account on Nintendo.com redeem page. Worked just fine. I didn't need to use my Switch to do any of it.

Nice! After jumping through a couple hoops (turning off Online auto-renewal, disconnecting NNID), everything went really smoothly. Got the codes almost immediately and switched my account back to US before redeeming. Picked up the following and got 550 gold points.

That is exactly what I bought. Finally got me credit card to work. That was the only problem I was having.

Since the Argentina eShop is not on switch and they send codes.. I decided to use my mexico account to buy the games, and redeem on my US acct. Got codes in about 2 minutes, no issues redeeming them.

Have not switched my Mex acct back from ARG yet.. may leave it for now in case more deals pop up. I have a balance on my US acct so i had to use the other acct anyway.

Creating a 2nd or 3rd acct is easy. No need for another switch, just a valid email that isn't already tied to a NNID. I did it this way after buying the switch due to demos that were Japan only, the Mex acct was a UK at first for same reason.

Only grabbed Wargroove $4 ($20 US), Pedro $10 ($20 US), and Cuphead $10 ($20 US). Not a bad deal.

 
My bank flagged the transaction. They sent me a text and an email and I approved both but now the Argentinian e-shop keeps rejecting my card.

I was looking to buy Stardew Valley and Wargroove. If anyone can hook it up, I can pay via Paypal.
 
If anyone has any pointers on how to fill out the address and what not it would be helpful I've tried multiple times with my amazon rewards card and have had no luck. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Alternatively if there is a friend CAG able to help me snag Celeste, Hotline Miami, Stardew Valley, Pedro, and Katana Zero It would be super helpful.

*now here is what you need to change*

State: Buenos Aires
Zip: B1631IUD (I think they have it as cad or something)
ID number: 12345678

It should go through with no issues. Use google translate on your phone or translate the page itself if you need to do so.
Amazon rewards card goes through with no problems.

Granted you do need to switch region on your Nintendo acct first.
 
So how are people getting codes to gift others? I thought only Xbox and Steam had gift purchasing.

Also, do you get gold coins for buying a gift code OR redeeming the gift code?

They're buying it from the Argentina Shop, which only gives you a code to redeem on that eshop, cause you can't buy directly from it. And these codes are NA locked iirc.

You get the coins for redeeming, not buying.

Any tips for what you out for the city, zip, etc. To get the card to go through? I followed some early steps but none worked for me

I'm having the worst luck, I've done all of that and I still get an error saying I need to contact my card issuer. I contact them and they say that they are not even seeing a charge show up.

If anyone wants to help me snag a few games I will pay a little extra for the trouble.

If you live in the USA try using your real zip code, your credit card might need it to work. I had to use my real zip.

Don’t understand how people still can’t buy from Argentina using the method I quoted above.. that’s the only way it works, and exactly the info you need.
I used my own information and copy/pasted the info you *need* to change as pointed out above, no issues. Zip code is the Buenos aris one posted. I never put mine in and it went through.

Everyone else that has had success used his method. (I see I cut the name off who I quoted.. oops. It’s a few pages back and he posted screenshots of it working.)

I had to put in my home ZIP code, so that must be YMMV

But I’m done, if you can’t buy.. them you can’t buy. All the info has been in the past few days and 100% verified to work by multiple users. I’m just posting what others have posted and used. Remember this came from slick deals.. they have everything fleshed out so if you can’t get it to work, try looking there. But I’m sure same info.

Thank you very much. Followed these directions, used Amazon visa, purchased Celeste, Hotline Miami, and Katana Zero.

Took 5 minutes and didn’t need to touch my switch at all.
 
I would suggest posting (in a spoiler and obviously blanking out your address...) a screenshot (cropped) of your checkout screen that shows before you enter the credit card. Blank out your address/name but show what you are using for state and zip and the verification number at the bottom.

Remember that you must change your location to Argentina with your NNID prior to doing anything. As the eshop will log you into your NNID and verify this, it will fail 100% if it’s not correct.

I kept through the demo and I’m a little underwhelmed
Maybe it’s the demo and the game is better
But something seemed lacking

Everyone is too busy moving to Argentina for all the great gaming deals instead of playing new games.
 
I'm intrigued by daemon x machina, as I'm dying for a truly awesome mech game, but I wasnt blown away by the demo. Definitely wasn't convinced it's a $60 game.
 
Anyone having better luck than I am in Argentina?

I got one order to go through no problem last night but I was trying to help a buddy and add another game for myself tonight and it’s declining without even trying to hit my bank.
