I dont known i know Multiple people that have applied for at least 50 jobs including my sister and cant even get a interview lol.

Who knows what's going on anymore.
I’ve applied for a bunch n no calls. 1 interview but it was far and apparently I didn’t get it.

I'll see if luck is on my side tonight. I just called my local GS and they said they have a few in stock. I'll have to wait until after work to get it, but I left the gift card I'm using to purchase it at home. Hopefully they don't disappear before I can get there.

Managed to get it, despite almost everything going wrong in between. And the employee said they only had two today and one guy tried to buy both. Luckily for me they refused, but that also all but confirms my long held suspicions that there's a flipper/scalper in my area.

Doesn't make any sense to resell this. The average ebay sale price is $450. After the cost of system with tax, shipping, and ebay fees, its like $10 profit. Waste of time unless you sell it for $450 locally.

imo theres always a caveat like employee discount, coupons, rewards, trade credit etc

i got mine for 300 trade credit + 50 reward points from gamestop for example

That's why you have to sell them in volume. If you sell ten of those you make $100 profit.

That is way too much work for $100 lol.

I sold my $300 Walmart one for $400 on FB marketplace. That was barely worth it for like $78 profit.

The other guy only paid $29 over retail after taxes. I was going to return it the day he contacted me about it.

Not sure what screen protector to get. Is the MoKo the best one? I haven't heard good things about the OLED AMFilm protector. Edit: just saw the amfilm one touch. Anyone know if that actually fits the entire screen?

Now a month later, still not seeing any good options for a grip. Disappointing since I'm going on vacation in a few weeks.

Took me close to a month to finally snag one of these bloody things. I got lucky. A little brickseek search brought up a recent Target re-stock in my area. When I got to the physical location, the staff hadn't put the Switchs out on the shelf yet. After inquiring with one of employees in the electronic section, they brought one of the units out from the back and sold it to me. Squeaky wheel gets the grease.

My brother seems very pleased with his birthday present. I'm glad I didn't wait any longer on it as well, as it seems these will be even harder to get a hold of during the holidays.

I 3D printed one and it works great. Make sure you sand it a bit or depending on the filament and how much it contracts you might scratch your joycons. Alternatively you could just print at a very slightly larger scale.

It works well enough that I won't be bothering with a Satisfye at retail as a result.

Vacation is next week and that thing ships early December, but thank you. Also don't have a 3D printer.
If you have a standard Skull & Co gripcase, depending on how long you've used it, the plastic may be stretched enough to fit the OLED. Mine was (I also snipped the two corners of the L/R button covers to make them loose enough to not constantly press the button, but still attached and usable on both of our Switches.)

I don't have that. Actually considering something from them though, but since I'm not getting it before vacation anyway, I'm just going to wait it out.

Since you're on the subject of grips. I like the Skull & Co I have, as it has button covers that make the ZL/ZR buttons a bit bigger and easier to hit. The OLED model of it seems like the body has all the button covers, but the handles are a bit more angled outward, whereas the one I have the handles are more straight/aligned with the back of the Switch. I've tried some of the Satisfye-style grips (my husband has one) but the L/R/ZL/ZR were a little awkward to hit.

Finally managed to snag one and a one touch AMfilm screen protector, but applying these is infuriating. Spent more on the one touch and both had dust on the protectors even though the screen was cleaned and in a room with a hot shower running. Think I'm just not going to bother since even the expensive ones don't seem to work.

If you're still looking for one of these - try calling your local GameStop. I called mine in Charlotte today, and was able to pick it up (no bundle, just the console). I was told that they have received their black Friday shipments, are are allowed to sell between 3-5 per store. Hope this helps!

Thanks for this info I was able to pick one up for the wife for Christmas cause she wanted the white one to use customized skins on it. She was with me and I told her they had it and she was so excited to finally have it in her hands.

I was able to get one on Amazon for $375 shipped from the UK but it is out of stock now. I followed the Twitter handle @switchstocknews with notifications turned on. It was pretty convenient since Wario tweets a bunch of other deals and this handle only tweets about the switch stock

I was able to score a white OLED model on Tuesday from Gamestop.  For those of you calling Gamestop, you can ask them to check other stores in their area.  The store I called didn't have any but told me of the one store in the valley that did.

Just saw a single OLED on the shelf at Target for the 7th time this month.  Distribution has been pretty great on these systems.

I’d 100% buy an oled switch in white IF I could trade in my current switch right then and there for the sale. I don’t have the time or patience to sell it on my own. Otherwise, I’m I’m fine with my OG switch.

Thanks for posting. Wasn't going to order one of these but my OG switch has been having some issues lately and has even turned itself off due to overheating. Picked up the OLED model in case my old system dies and I figure I can always sell it later if I don't end up needing it.

Dude, thank you for that! Finally got my hands on a Switch OLED! This is all over at SD too, and people who ordered more than one are already having cancellations. So stick to just one.

If you would like to order another for someone else as a holiday gift, Walmart also has them in stock for shipping.

Whut? Where was THAT at.
Next to the registers. Empty display boxes, of course. Just the one color though, the gray one. There was also Sonic Mania, Sonic Forces, and a third title I can't remember.

Unless there's a coupon I don't know about. Full price for a Switch Lite seemed hardly worth mentioning when there's OLED models available.
