Not an auction - Buyer wants to cancel order - Advice?

Pretty much summed it up in the title. I was selling the box and sleeve to Modern Warfare 3 Hardened Edition, and this guy bought it. I clearly said no game, codes, or anything was included, just the disc and sleeve.

He said he didn't realize this, and wants to cancel his order. How can I do this without incurring all of the fees (such as listing it as a buy it now), and without getting a negative feedback?

you and the buyer can agree to undo the auction. just do a seach on ebay help.

Everything I have read is that I get the final value fee back (probably) but I lose the insertion fees/paypal fees etc.

Anyway around this? Should I just send him the item, and do my part?

Tell him that all sales are final, and move on with that. No reason to lose money on his mistake.

Why would you do that? You only lose the listing fee

He could do a charge back and you would lose shipping. He could also leave a negative feedback

Just agree to cancel the order with him ... no selling fee's. As for listing fee's, isn't it only like 5 or 10 cents?
