Not getting Manuals with Gamefly Purchases?

I've bought probably around 70 games from Gamefly over the last 3 years, but recently I've been having really bad experiences with them.  First my disks I was getting were chipped around the outside.  Then I was getting broken cases.  Now, the last two games I purchases did not come with the manual.  (Halo 4 and Playstation All-stars Battle Royale).  Support is pretty good about replacing broken cases, but when I asked for a manual for Halo 4, they just sent me another empty box.  (Maybe it doesn't have a manual?)  All Stars Battle Royale definitely does have a manual though, so I'm requesting that now and just hoping I get it.

I'm just wondering if anyone else has had problems with missing manuals from Gamefly purchases?  They used to be one of my outlets to shop for used games, but over the last year they are turning into a nightmare with the various issues.

I think it has to do with your distribution center. I've been using GF for over a year now; i've yet to encounter any problem with them. The only problem i've encounter is an expire voucher for an online pass for NG3.

I assumed this, but I know All Stars does have one as I've seen it before. Hopefully it's just a one time incident, but the broken cases and chipped disks have been getting too frequent to be coincidence.
You should take the time to look on youtube for unboxing videos. All Stars does not have a manual.

Same with Halo 4.

Oh, I actually looked at an unboxing video for all-stars, but it must have been a European release, but you can see there definitely is a game manual there.

The rating symbol looks like it's from Australia actually, but usually you should just look at the rating symbols to see which region the game is from so you aren't confusing the wrong versions of games with one another.

Yea, just a big misunderstanding.  Guess it was a big coincidence the two games I last got from Gamefly actually DON'T have manuals.  Lol.

The chipped discs gripe is still valid though at least. ;P
There was a big period where many games (ps3 specifically) I got were chipped, but it seems to have improved in the last few months. Now I get broken cases occasionally instead. :/

Fortunately, gamefly has been really good about replacing them free of charge.
