When you say damaged are the triggers physically broken or do they just not work when pressed? And to confirm these are the L1 and L2 buttons?

Amazon just delivered mine YESTERDAY (I cancelled my ancient preorder cuz a CAG was supposed to get it. When he backed out, I reordered 2 days before release). I assume they waited for corrected boxes (?), but I SO wish I'd have seen this sooner, as I've been so busy (and I paid with Amazon cred/promos).

Just wanted to share my problems with you, my friend. Is that normal, lol?
