Thanks for the heads up on the Panzerhund Edition for Wolfenstein.  After watching a couple of unboxing videos, they were good enough for me to pull the trigger.  Nice to get the free shipping, too!  This was an underrated game.  I already have it for PS4 so the game disc will have a new home in that steelbook.  This takes the sting off of the underwhelming Dragon Age Inquisition CE that I promptly returned to GS after confirming several of the items inside were broken.

Yeah, I'm sure that's what they must think. They must not see the price tag. I saw an unboxing video, so I see how that box is going to easily get destroyed. Way too much dead space to survive being shipped in a tight form-fitting box.

 
Received my KH 2.5 CE last night. Despite some minor damage (bending) l to the outer box clearly due to the lack of breathing room/protection inside of the shipping, everything is in great shape.
 
I still haven't even received a shipping notification on mine.  I'm holding out hope that they paused distribution in order to fix the packaging.  I'm 99% sure that's not the case... but a guy can dream.

 
Nevermind just got both of mine in mint condition from USPS today. Wonder why Square only has a seal on the top of the box and not the bottom?

 
Got my KH2.5 CE...packaging was tight, no room for movement for the actual box. Got a ding on 1 of the corners but overall it's in pretty awesome shape compared to what I've been reading so far so I feel lucky. Hope everyone else's copies arrive safe and undamaged or at least in the best condition possible! =D

 
Mine showed up today too.  Never did get a shipping notice of any kind.  Same story here - no padding inside a pretty flimsy tight shipping box, but somehow it ended up looking alright - very slight dings on a couple of the corners, but you really have to be looking for them to see them.  

Ironically, had I not read this thread, I probably would have been ticked about the slight corner dings... but after hearing the horror stories of others I'll take it.  Good luck to the rest of you!

 
Passing on the Kingdom Hearts 2.5 Collector's. Pretty lame package if you ask me. A small artbook, a pin that's free with normal copies of the game, a copy of a game I already own and a steelbook.

Maybe if you really like steelbooks, but, otherwise, this ain't worth an extra $60... and I'm really easy.

 
yah well ill be contacting square enix on monday thats for sure.  i didnt have a snug fit box(ordered two one to keep sealed one to play)  came in a box twice the size of the two collectors with just a few air packets and both are pretty creased up.  if i had only spent like 20-30 i wouldnt be mad but when you are dropping 100$ it better be damn mint.   not even sure square will do anything as its completely sold out.

 
Damn... I'm hoping mine will come in good condition. I have to wait till Monday.

Btw if anyone is interested, I've got a few Tales of collectors editions for sale.
 
I got my KH from square too. No shipping confirmation, and the top and bottom of the cardboard box was very snug. There's a ding and rip on one of the boxes.

 
I got my KH, was anyone else open on the bottom? There is no factory tape it seems when they made them?

 
so does the Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN-: Limited Edition not come with a controller or anything? I saw some info that the JP version will come with a friggin 6 button controller with the PS4 version. Did we just not get that? 

Assuming we dont, is there any real difference between the ps4 and ps3 version other than higher resolution? Im not sure what LE version to get

Not to be dissapointed, the PS4 JP LE will only have the fightpad, the US LE will not have that, it will have what's only displayed HERE for both the PS3 and PS4 versions!

Also, depends on what you want, but yeah, both versions are gonna be the same, but more than likely from a resolution standpoint, I guess we'll see how it is once the JP releaase of Xrd is out.

No offense bud, but you've been spamming this and I thought I'd just let you know that there are almost NEVER black friday/cyber monday deals on CEs. The only "deals" are to catch the stores either trying to liquidate stock of an old (and usually larger) CE (like Bethseda is doing w/Panzerhund) or catch them in a clearance/price reduction sale on some site/store somewhere. I can't recall EVER seeing a "black friday" sale on CEs, but admit there may be some that occurred without me knowing.

At least its partially good news because that means you don't have to wait a whole year to catch a good deal, but it DOES mean you'll probably have to spend the entire next year checking CAG to try and catch 'em ;)

I guess I was one of the lucky few. Never did get confirmation of my KH 2.5 shipment but they came in over the weekend. It was snug in the box with air pockets so there was no movement. I ordered two and they both looked to be in really good condition.

 
Also, if you're the type who opens CEs from the bottom flap, don't bother with KH 2.5. You can only access the plushie from that side.

Jealous. One I received i barely acceptable and the other is trashed. Who the hell do I talk to about at least getting a partial refund (since I assume a replacement is out of the question)??

 
Sweet.  Just heard back from Tree House customer support.  They are refunding the $17 shipping I paid on Wednesday night on my order for the Wolfenstein Panzerhund Edition to price match their free shipping promo that started the next day.    Top notch, Tree House, top notch.
