Don't trip, give it some time. They shipped my MM LE bundle overnight and made it here by Friday. Probably just swamped.

Looking at it, it shipped 5:14 pm central 2/12 and made it in time for 2/13

Same for me. After fees and shipping, I think you'd be lucky to make $10 or $15 on eBay. May be better just to return in-store or try to sell it piecemeal (steelbook, statue, DLC). MSRP is $80, and the IP releasing to bad reviews isn't exactly gonna make people rush to grab a Collector's Edition of the game. As I said in another post, this game seems designed perfectly for a quick buy and trade in. Or straight up rental.

 
^ okay... but is it damaged? I've had shipping boxes arrive much worse then that but the product on the inside was fine and I've had shipping boxes arrive fine but the products on the inside were damaged. Also, when the shipping box is damaged more times then not its the carrier who is responsible... not the retailer

It seems like you always want to blame someone besides the retailer. The retailer chooses the carrier for the most part and also chooses the packaging and padding they use to ship items. Yes, the carrier is sometimes responsible when they handle well packed items badly and I suppose the publisher/distributor could be responsible for choosing flimsy materials in constructing the CE/LE. In the end, it doesn't matter to me who is responsible as the publisher/distributor, retailer and carrier should all be working together to ensure that the product I paid for shows up in nice condition.

I have gotten to know both my USPS and UPS guys, which may be a challenge for some. I get about 3-4 packages a week and never had one crushed or seriously damaged, even from Europe. It certainly paid dividends with the Inquisitor's Edition. Maybe I am lucky, but an occasional wave and "Thank you" seems to go a long way. Shoot, try leaving a 6 pack in your mailbox ;)

Yeah, I have good relationships with the postal carrier and the UPS guy and they both get generous gift cards at the holidays. Having said that, they only handle packages for the very last portion of the trip, so they don't really have much control over what happens to the package before it gets into their hands.

 
I got an email stating my Best Buy CE of the Order will be ready tomorrow... These reviews are really telling me to just cancel. Hopefully, I can get it done and the trade in value holds for at least a week. I wouldn't expect it to hold much longer than that given how many people will be trading it in.

No idea this was a thing, I bought it just because I had the Chest box set and figured I might as well have all of them after that.

 
IDK what zelda guides I have. I know I try to get all of them when they penny, but I think mine are all brown or light blue.

Had to look through my Amazon orders, but I got that for $23.33. I had no idea it would go up in value. Funny thing is, I was going to open it when I got stuck in the game, but it never happened so I still have it sealed. Still, the hyrule warriors guide I got from GameStop for $1.90 Is what I'm really expecting to go up in value.

The majoras collectors guide paired with the LE game is going fetch a pretty penny.

 
I use most of my guides then sell them when I'm done unless they have cool artwork .
The most money I get are always Nintendo guides even if they are opened .
 
How is the quality of the statue and the steelbook in The Order CE? Mine will be here tomorrow, curious if the extras are worth keeping or not.

Yea, mine was too surprisingly enough. I can only assume that UPS handled it a little better seeing that it was in a bubble mailer. My girlfriends came in a box and it had a few dings.

Whenever BBY does the bonus they drop the $40 TIV games down to $26-29 so it only ends up being an extra 80 cents.

I got a follow-up to my Unboxed forum post about my MM LE coming damaged. rep said he would do a $10 GC as a "one-time-exception". Really getting annoyed at how I'm the bad guy when the retailer can't even manage to have a box delivered correctly...not looking forward to contacting them about my Order CE from yesterday either.
 
Honestly, enough with the boxes already.  We get it they are damaged.  I know my Majora's mask had the same rip as everyone else's.  It sucks, I know.  I don't worry about it too much because I display the stuff.  I think of the boxes as of a way for the items to get to me safetly which they do.  Devs need to stop putting collector's boxers, they aren't they are cardboard.  If damaged boxers are such a big deal to you, perhaps collecting something else is in order, because unfortunately it seems like the norm at this point.  Or perhaps maybe preordering from store, I know its a pain, but is it more or less of a pain knowing you're chances of an undamaged box are higher since they are sent in larger more protected shipments?  And please don't reply with I can't preorder this or that in store, I know.  

 
wow really. Best buy is getting crazy ridiculous with pre-orders lately

the status on my 1886 CE Order finally changed to preparing to ship within the past few hours with the following status:

Wtf?  Thats really strange.  I got my dying light and Evolve both on Wednesday, believe they were sent out Monday.  Did you see Gamestop's now also takes up to 10 days?  If it wasn't for GCU, bestbuy would have basically be giving all those orders to Amazon.
