Not really. The first time I put the stick in I managed to force the ship in a different position. The mothership's front faces away from the base's switch and socket. I managed to shove it from a 90 and a 180 degree angle.

Now between top and bottom; that's harder...

I don't think they've actually listed the PS4 CE on Amazon.co.uk yet (at least I couldn't find it), but you want to make sure its the CE when it is posted and (at least according to SE's forum post I linked earlier) it'll be included.

Went ahead and snagged a pre-order on UK Amazon for the PAL version, because the way I read it the Steelbook edition is just a pre-order upgrade like the Sleeping Dogs Artbook version was back in the day. Worse comes to worse I can always cancel it before it ships if I am wrong.

 
Also preordered Final Fantasy X on Amazon UK since reading the stuff on Square's store makes it sound like it is an auto upgrade and not a different version, also says that it can take a couple days for retailers to update.  If it turns out to be wrong I will just cancel it before it ships.  Also nice that it was only like $52 so $1 more then what I would pay at BB with GCU.

Well, the game retails for $49.99, so you would be paying minimum $8 more with GCU after tax. Still a great price for a steelbook. Of course, that is only if you wanted to already purchase the game for retail since it will be $20 within months.

I also placed the pre-order, but I may have to cancel since I have the PS3 LE, Vita version, and actual imported cart version of FFX-2 as well. I haven't played any of them yet, so this kind of hurts lol.

Yea I was going to pick it up release day either way since I never did beat it back when I played it on ps2. I enjoyed it a lot but got stuck at one part and never went back to finish.

Yeah I might be bias but the two times I have ordered valuable/fragile things from Zavvi they can in cardboard boxes that were paper thin (single ply maybe?) and absolutely crushed.

Standard games and steelbooks have arrived fine.

 
I usually use Shopto but they don't always package that well. I ordered the Child of Light Deluxe and the box came a bit bent. It's 34.85 there before shipping so amazon.uk might be the best alternative.

 
Dammit, now I have to buy this.  That hand could be very useful when I cry myself to sleep.

Console though looks bleh.  They could've done  better like blood and slposions....or Quiet doing a spread.

That phantom pain ps4 is sexy, but i prefer to eait for a 299.99 PS4. With MS, getting competitve in the console pricing war, sooner or later, Sony will have to drop there price eventually. I remember i got my God of War PS3 for 199.99 :p
 
Oops didn'y realize that there was a CE for Phantom Pain. 1st day pre-order for sure. So far the price based on a link is 99.99 pounds, so I'm guessing 130 - 150 US if its released stateside or might just order from amazon.co.uk or zavvi if need be.
 
Was hoping for a Snake figure in The Phantom Pain's CE, not a 1/2 scale robotic arm.

I'll probably be sticking to the standard edition of this game, or maybe the "Day One" edition?  Modern video games and their SKU options are so needlessly confusing...

US page already shows $99.99, US MGS5 page that is. Have yet to see this go up on any website.

 
Typically they do not consider exchange rate for games in the UK.

If it is 59.99 US, it will be 59.99 in the UK. I noticed this when I lived over there in the late 90s. Needless to say, I didn't buy any gaming stuff when I lived there.
