yeah, it all depends on the reviews from ign/gamespot. if it has good reviews, price will go up. perfect example is the order 1886, the game got brutally slaughtered in reviews.

I don't think you can. They said something along the lines of "Any account made before February 17th 2015 doesn't exist. Make a new one." So even if you use the same email address you used for your pre-order I don't think they'll have it in your account page history. Otherwise there would be a merge option when you're on their new store website, unless I completely missed it.

As for the rarity I doubt it'll be worth re-selling.

I think a lot of people love it for nostalgia reasons, it was the first "adult" game they played in a series fashion.

Play one or two of the back story ones if you want but if you get bored/frustrated I'd just stop.

I am super excited for FF Type-0 HD. I ordered my CE for it the second it went live on Amazon back in December. I personally do not care if it is rare or not - as I plan on opening it and playing it in just 8 days!

The reason I bought a PSP was for Crisis Core - which I wound up loving - and knowing that Type-0 is a spiritual successor (of sorts) makes me very excited.

I am even more pumped now that Amazon added a few pages to their guide page.

Very stats. Much abilities.

Me too!! Can't wait to start on it. I'm glad I never had a chance to play it because now I'm going to be able to play it at its best. This month is going to be great. Type-0 and then Bloodborne the following week :drool:

Hope an actually unboxing pops up soon. I know I'll be able to see it in person when I get it but I like to watch unboxings first for some reason lol.

Not even a CE at all - but I just wanted to point out that Zavvi currently has Wolfenstein: The Old Blood up for preorder for $25.37 (includes shipping to the US). This is worth noting because it is only coming out digitally here in the US (for $19.99).

The MGS V PS4 Premium Edition is available at www.NCSX.com and they are selling it for $439 before shipping. Even at that price, I still have to get one damnit! They do NOT pre-charge now and this ships in September, so it gives me plenty of time to save.

I used a card that I know will not authorize now and the order went through? I guess I expect a cancellation shortly? Oh well, not sure I want to commit to the near $500 now for an item that comes out in 6 months.

Thanks for this! Had no idea we were missing out on a physical release and I definitely want a physical copy. Love that quirky cover artwork too.

Pre-ordered at that price.

There are at least three websites that will buy it for you from konamistyle and ship it when it arrives to them. The upfront cost ranges from $281-$328. Why would you pay that much?

Thanks. If the DLC is on par with the full game I'll probably pull the trigger on a physical copy. I did the same thing for inFamous First Light and don't regret it.

I have been desperately hoping that the Final Fantasy Type-0 CE goes back in stock at bestbuy.com.  Or else that a couple of the bigger stores in my district might get extra copies.  But I'm starting to get really worried and I'm wondering if its finally time to pull the trigger on the SE store. That's a substantial increase in cost.

I've been thinking about grabbing it ever since you posted this since I loved Wolfenstein: The New Order . I went ahead and grabbed it now since this would be my first purchase with them so I got 10% off making it $23.26 shipped.

Bestbuy didn't even get Dead or Alive 5 Last round on release date, and now they don't have DMC Definitive Edition. I'm sure it will be available couple of days later this week, but I highly doubt that they will get more CE of Final Fantasy Type 0 HD, when they can't even get standard games on release date. I was going to wait for Bestbuy, but Square is almost sold out of CE so I decided to order it from them.

Zavvi is alright, but there packaging needs to improve. You will get your product, guaranteed, but sometimes it got dinged or dented. I prefer ordering from amazon.co.uk for UK centric shipping to the US. Zavvi is my last resort. Heard game.uk is similar to Gamestop, and they get better exclusive CE's.

That is why I am asking people here who are thinking of canceling to just sell it to me for cost since I doubt they will get more myself.

I am not understanding how to purchase through Tenso when I cannot even create a Konamistyle account as I have been unsuccessful. I watched Nin Nin and Nippon Yasan and missed out as they sold out quickly when I was asleep. Amazon.JP does not have this available now. Playasia is insane with their prices and I don't like dealing with them unless I absolutely have to. There are no other sites that I know of that I trust as Japanese importers besides NCSX that even have it in stock to order directly. If you can please provide the sites and can vouch on their credibility, I would not hesitate to switch my order and I would truly appreciate it. Can you or anyone on the forum provide these sites? Thank you.

Same. But sometimes Amazon UK does not allow certain games to be shipped to the US. (Most recently with Zombie Army Trilogy.) Which is why I hit up Zavvi often. $2 bucks to ship here is a fine deal to me.

That reminds me. Does anyone think zavvi is getting the steel for final fantasy x? I don't see any mention of it on their site.

I have one of these preordered at both Amazon and Best Buy (PS4 version). I placed the Amazon order as a backup in case Best Buy ended up overselling CEs or didn't get any, but since that order still looks good, should I just cancel the Amazon order? I'm not sure how rare the Type-0 HD CE will be, but I doubt it would fetch $200+, which it'd have to for me to justify keeping the $100+tax Amazon order.

EDIT: okay, just finished watching it and I think I'll keep my order.  I used the remaining balances of 5 gift cards to get it so it might be a hassle to cancel and get the gift card balance back on a single card.  The steelbook and artbook/manga actually do look really cool.  The cards are meh, but that's okay.  Yeah, I'll keep it.  I feel good about it.

Looking at the CE, there really isn't anything in it that would make the CE hold its value beyond MSRP over time. You could make an argument that if you parted out the extras and traded the game in -- you could make slightly more than what you paid for it. I'm guessing the steelbook could fetch a $25-$30 bounty. It's a bit of a hassle though to have to deal with so many transactions.
