Wow, that website is super ing busted. The fact they rolled in the Season Pass is pretty nice, depending on what kind of "value" you think that is. I wonder if it even ships in a box, or ends up being everything crammed into the backpack?

Picked up my Limited Edition AK today at Best Buy.  Now, I applaud Best Buy for their hiring practices, especially for hiring (for the most part) capable Special Needs people to work.  However, asking an employee who is in a wheel chair to work in a customer facing position, such as store pickup on a New Release Day is questionable, at best.  

This employee was trying their hardest to pick my order from the 3rd shelf, (again in a wheel chair) and was struggling greatly, proceeded to grab my Limited Edition AK, which is pretty big, by the slip cover, ripped the cover in half (You know that horrible sound when flimsy cardboard rips), and dropped it on the floor, hitting ever shelf on the way down.  After getting it on their lap, they could barely wheel themselves back to the counter to finish my order like there was no problem.  The people standing in line behind me looked so uncomfortable.

Now what am I supposed to do?  I couldn't refuse the order, I think that would have made me look like a d*ck, not to mention I think I would have confused the situation.  

I have a Limited Edition box, with a ripped in half slip cover and 4 dented corners and really bad shelf wear (looks like it was run across cement).  Guess I'll go return it to another store and hope they take it back, because of the condition.  Just hope I can get another one somewhere, sometime.

If you just said that you didn't want a damaged CE, there's no way you should be viewed as a dick. If you were to complain about him specifically then yes that'd be ed up. Him tearing up your CE is no different than an employee dropping a TV and causing a cosmetic scratch on the front. It still functions but part of the value of the item is also the condition you receive it in. I would have politely asked them about getting a replacement.

For the record, the employee should have simply just asked for help. You can still be respectful and sensitive at the same time. He just made a bad judgment call at your expense that I feel sorry for you.

Best Buy charges GCs, paypal, and reward zone certs immediately upon order.  For credit cards its charged on shipment, but they put temporary holds on and off until then.

For Batman LE buyers, the game does include the full regular retail package on the top as shown in the unboxing but it does NOT include a scannable SKU barcode on it like retail games, will make trading it in an extra step (cashier will have to look it up by name) so when you trade it in make sure you get the right value.

I got my Arkham Knight Statue and it is okay. It's not as bad as what people are saying about it. I seen worst, I still prefer the Arkham City statue though.

One is coming out. Expect it to be revealed sometime next month. The last two halo consoles were both announced in July.
