I know what you're saying but that was back than. I been ordering multiple CE for myself and family members for a while now too but now it might be different. It could just be Overwatch and other CE could be fine or it could be that from now all CE is one per account.

Gotcha. Wasn't sure if I was being too vague or confusing. Sorry.

I don't understand why they would do it for Overwatch. It's not even that hyped.

 
If they are limiting CEs at BBY they better seriously fix their shipping.  I pretty much order two of any CE I really care about (JRPGs) just for insurance and to cherry pick and return one since they like running things over with the fork lift before for they ship them lately.

Just as a test, I preordered 2 Overwatch CEs approximately 4 hours ago and no cancellations. However, they were for two different systems. I did put both in the same order though.
 
Whats this Overwatch CE I keep hearing about? Is this a new IP from Blizzard?? I saw a Gametrailers clip just now and with its cartoony animation it kinda reminds me of Team Fortress. So is their no story mode, strictly multiplayer? Also is it better to get this for PC for the online community aka Steam rather than console? Thanks in advance.

It's it is a new IP from blizzard. Strictly multiplayer, it does have a team fortress vibe to it. 21 characters on release, and personally I think PC is the way to go because of the community although it's battlenet and not steam. I may get the ps4 version as well though if some of my buddies go that route, I don't have a link for the CE but it is a few pages back, comes with statue, soundtrack and art book I believe

It's actually a lot like team fortress. I played it at Blizzcon. Lots of characters, each has very unqiue and varied abilities. There are 4 different "groups" of characters too. Assault, Tank, medic .. And ... I don't remember the 4th. I tried 3 or 4 characters and all of them played differently. It was very fast paced and a lot of fun. Right now, it's my most eagerly anticipated game especially since blizzard seems to support and add items to their games long after launch
 
Online stock check showed it in stock at a couple of my local Targets.  Just ran to the one a block or so away from my office and it was the same story - sold out.  She called the other stores and they were all out.  The employee I was talking to was also a Fallout fan; she said each store here in the south Denver area only got three bottles each.

I'm done buying CE's from them. They almost always tank hard in price, the extra goodies are overrated and I am left holding the bag of expensive poop. The only ones that were hard to get was FF XIII-3 CE PS3, KH 2.5 Remix LE and Drakengard 3 CE.

 
Every Target in my area was sold out by noon. My wife and I each got one. At the Target we went to, they were limiting it to one per person. This is probably the only reason we were able to get ours.

I know that feeling... most of my SE CEs aren't worth crap, really regret buying them (especially Drakengard 3 CE, which I had a lot of trouble due to Digital River but a CAG hooked me up at cost).

Only ones that I have that went up are the KH Mark of Mastery Edition and 2.5 CE.

 
Hit 3 targets all sold out within 5 minutes of opening and all had a limit 1 per person (they said people were lined up outside). One store only got 12 bottles. You can not get a raincheck on them and the manager wasn't sure if there will be a restock.

EDIT: I haven't confirmed this, but it went up at midnight with store pickup orders on tragets website.

Well, I got my pip-boy edition in today... and the steelbook case is broken. No idea what to do, given that I can't exchange it on amazon and all.

Seems like you're right. One target I went to said people ordered them for pickup. And most places got a dozen, two at max.

I don't remember the Drakengard 3 CE being that limited. It's pretty niche, and there was still many around. I bought a spare one for a friend but he decided against it after looking at reviews, so I had to try and offload it and couldn't even do it at cost.
