I platted the main game and have been watching the PS Store for a sale. It's got a pretty laughable interpretation of hacker culture but does a decent parody of Silicon Valley VC and tech culture. It's absolutely amazing as a game where you don't kill people but actually have decent tools to play that way (better than Deus Ex, Dishonored, etc.) and has decent trophy list where the tedious crap isn't necessary for the plat. There's a few MP trophies that could be harder to get but I imagine even with a few players matchmaking could make it work. DLC has received decent reviews.

 
I would expect some fluctuation on the charges, considering they are gonna be converting from Euro to usd, which is constantly in flux, so depending on when they process it could vary a little

The exchange rate hasn't been low enough to get to $154.40 USD for this Ni No Kuni King's Edition in over a year. How anyone is getting that total from Amazon UK is beyond me.

I ordered back in August and at the time there was a $10 off coupon, so that made the total just over 111 pound sterling. So that's around $157 with today's exchange rate.

Edit: Just checked my card now and it's charging me $158

So I keep getting payment declined when trying to process the NNK2 King's Edition from Amazon.de. I tried 3 different cards from 3 different banks, I just don't get it. Not sure if it's Amazon's end or my end that isn't able to process the payment.

I always have trouble ordering from international sites.

Need to call your credit card companies. They're declining because an international order looks like fraud to them.
 
Getting my NNK II CE today and I'm not sure I want to even keep it anymore. The only reason I pounced on it initially was because of how rare the NNK CE was, but this CE is available EVERYWHERE. I can't help but think that thing is going to drop in price.

It's not like if you had checked the thread before, or taken 10 seconds to add it to your cart and go to checkout, you'd see that it does ship to the US and most games have that disclaimer on their page. It means nothing.

It's too bad God of War has 2 different CEs and neither of them is just a simple art book/steelbook combo for $10-20 more.

My order had the $10 off $75 discount so the total was 111.61 GPB, hit the Amex at $154

Received my NNK 2 CE today from Best Buy today. Came perfect. Didn’t realize it was individually numbered. I received 6049 of 25,000. Definitely a nice outer box I definitely won’t throw away like I do with other CEs.
 
First time it’s happened but my in store order for ni no kuni CE was not fulfilled. They didn’t have stock. Bizarre to me how something I ordered 7 months ago could not be fulfilled, but at least they are still available. Word of warning though, if this was the NES classic for example, I would not have been so happy at the time...

I got my AC Dawn of the Creed edition today. It took 3 days and I went with the cheapest shipping option to save money. $61 shipped and this is an amazing CE! The packaging alone is great. The statue is very well detailed and display worthy. I'm not a big statue guy, but this one is good.

Since nobody opens their games anyone, companies just send out incomplete CEs and most people would never know. If some people do happen to open their copy and notice something missing, they just release a "Opps, we're sorry, damn Chinese people messed up".

 
I tweeted BandaiNamcoUS but they haven't gotten back to me yet about it. Hopefully they don't just blame their factory and do nothing. My ce # is 15149. I guess I will call them Monday.
 
On topic but definitely flame worthy in this thread ... I sold a sealed copy of Monster Hunter World Collectors Edition on eBay, and the buyer claimed the disc was not included. Didn't believe him until reading this...
 
I'll be really upset if the NNK2 CE drops in price, the only reason I pre-ordered the premium edition instead was because it was so unreasonably high!

I had an issue with one of the Tales CEs I bought loooooong after release when it was discounted 50% at GS. I contacted BandaiNamco and they sent me a sound track CD. I was amazed.

Mine came in from best buy today and one of the corners was crushed on the box and it was the corner the CE was sitting one, so it got a bit busted :(. Still have another pre-ordered at gamestop, I'll pick it up tmw and return the best buy one. It was 18899/25000.

Yeah, I called my bank earlier and they said they can only put a temporary lift until midnight. So, Amazon hasn't charged before midnight, which means it's going to get rejected again. I can't believe it's being this freaking difficult to just order an item from Amazon.de.

Any tips on what I can do to get this order to go through?

Well shit, my copy from Namco showed up too a bit after I last posted. It's dinged up quite a bit... all corners and some of the sides. But I got #732.

Also, did you get the promo map? I didn't get anything besides the CE...

 
I ordered the NNK2 Premium Edition from Best Buy, then canceled and placed a fresh order to use a gift card. They processed the cancelation, but didn't cancel the pin. So now I have two pins.
