I'm a little surprised the DQXI CE sold out considering how many people were complaining about the price.  Also a little surprised since they didn't send out a low stock warning email like they usually do.  Last one that sold out that they also didn't send an email for was the Nier Automata CE and that turned out legitimately hard to get after the initial sell out (though there were a few opportunities as a few came back in stock, they were usually gone quick).

They did, the warning email I received last week said about 400 units left

They actually did send out an alert on the 22nd. They said they had less than 400 units left

Please don't junk up the thread so if you are interested PM me. I bought an additional 500m PS4/headset by mistake and intended to return it to Gamestop but the fools won't/can't refund the shipping. Tried to cancel but couldn't stop the shipment so it looks like I'll get it. I'll sell it to someone here for an Atlanta pickup only. Really prefer locals as well if something goes wrong it's always easier to meet. Let me know if you could meet this week otherwise I'm sure it will go fast on Craigslist.

I'm surprised by Ubisoft.. normally their collector editions aren't too bad. Far Cry 5 Hope County Skull, Ass Creed Egypt, For Honor's cool metal helmets but then they make these Division 2 collector editions that are a huge downgrade from Division 1's collector edition.

Yeah well, when you're at a bar and the girl that hit on you earlier that you didn't notice because your optic nerve was acting up because the bartender accidentally squirted lime juice into your eye while making a mojito because he was preoccupied with turning the volume up on the Braves game because a fan wanted to hear the Sean Newcomb pre-game interview sees you left your iPhone 8s on the stool when you got up to go to the bathroom because you pre-gamed back at your place with the boys and now have to break the seal and passive-aggressively guesses your pin and logs into your BB account to order additional copies of a collector's item just to spite you before giving your phone back to you which causes you to finally notice her and you go back to her place only to realize that she has a kid and you're not ready for that level of commitment yet so you hook up with her then wait until she's asleep and call a cab to get back to your place, but it's a long drive and the cab fare is expensive so you have no choice but to pick up the item she ordered so you can sell it on craigslist for a profit to recoup the cost of your one night stand and your dog would've ate your cancellation request anyway, you let me know. :roll:

Selling for cost but thanks? On that note, rather than just get criticized I can give a heads up that the Edgewood Gamestop will have one more PS4 Pro this week to any local folks. Only ended up with an extra because Gamestop.com has a 15 minute delay on both site and email confirmation.

The 20th anniversary ones hung around for awhile. I would expect the same on these. Although the 20th was just tad bit different than what came with the system so maybe that slowed them down.

They fuck up the bundle... And you are totally screw, you can returned it but that leaves you with no LE and they can't refund the digital codes that forced you to buy in the ultimate bundle.. So yeah thanks Gamestop.. Really hope my box isn't too banged up

According to the GS manager I just talked to about the Smash LE, they aren't taking preorders in stores. Dude seemed surprised and said they got an email that told them not to take preorders for it until Friday and was rude as hell when I questioned further. Said it's online only and that they won't be doing return rebuys if you'd rather get it tax free with trade credit because 'the sku is online only and isn't in the system'. It sounded like he was full of shit but just an fyi. Hopefully all that isn't true.

I was just told they aren't doing in store preorders for it, which would fit nicely with their recent theme of being extra terrible.

Sounds fishy unless they plan on selling out of pre-orders online and doing bundles in store with a strategy guide or something. And you can still return and rebuy online items in store. I've never had a problem doing so.

Hmm I ordered Yakuza Kiwami 2 Steelbook for instore pickup ages ago at Best Buy and now they say they don't have it in stock. No one in NYC does. Annoying, but I guess I'll have to risk shipping

I had the same problem with Little Dragon Cafe Limited Edition for PS4. I had two orders, both said unavailable on release day, then one popped up for in-store pickup. The other seems to be canceled.
 
Another to the collection. The 20th is better packaged and still my favorite. Still keeping my white pro for now. Bestbuy shipped my
Kiwami 2 in a box.

My 500m Pro came today. Gamestop didn't pack it amazingly, but well enough. Since I was stuck with the ultimate bundle, they sacrificed some protection to fit the damn headset in. 2 of those those 4 foam corner support pieces in there were taken off, but I don't think it was able to move around in there a lot.

The headset is what caused the tears in the placic covering of mine. Should have been packed more securely or they should have shipped them in its original box that sony sent them in. Looking at the receipt, the headset is listed separately with the 99.99 price tag. I'm going to try and see if I can return it.
 
My Headset + console bundle came in similar packaging. They removed 2 of the corner protectors and jammed the headset in the box. The box is too small for the console to lay flat, but fortunately only minor scuffs on the plastic cover.
