I called Gamestop on Monday, was on hold for like and hour guy said my points would show up today. At least that's what I think he said, I had to have him repeat everything because I couldn't understand him. No points as of now either so probably gonna have to call again.

Anyone every get points by dm'ing on twitter they told me they could help but I was already on the phone?

 
Cancelled my DQXI CE after seeing leaked reviews last week. Same ole. Definitely going to play through it but meh. After seeing unboxing- glad I did. Cancelling my KH 3 with figures too- this separate item stuff is hurtful.

I'm not 100% sure, but guys, I think the Kingdom Hearts CE with the figurines is gonna come the same way DQ did. With the box of the figures separate. I went back and looked at my invoice and the items in the CE were listed as separate. So I checked all my other CE orders to check if all are like that and they aren't. Nier Automata and FFXII CE were just one item in the invoice, but DQXI was separate items.

So I just have a hunch that will be another CE done like DQXI. I hope this isn't a trend.

Edit: Just as I type this bradbo says something similar lol.

Cancelled my KH3 with figured as well about an hour after placing the order. I'll wait for an actually CE.

This is the main reason I didn't even bother preordering the KH3 CE, despite being a massive fan since day one. If all it is is the steelbook version with a bunch of separate overpriced figures in a different box then I'm out.
 
I'm definitely cancelling my KH3 CE seeing it's essentially the steelbook deluxe version of the game with a separate box of figures and it's $160 extra(factoring in GCU at BB). EFFFF that.

Wonder if there's a delay in retailer warehouses getting the Spider Man CE in. Cause neither my Gamestop or Bestbuy order have even been charged. Gamestop typically charges me days ahead of actually shipping my product out.

I ordered speaderman from best buy in the original batch. Mine was sent out yesterday, and is currently halfway to me via UPS right now. Not bragging or anything, just letting people know that some have shipped. I'm also elite plus, if that matters in shipping consideration.

I have 360 points added on 8/29 into my GS account. I guess that would be my 500 Million PS4 Pro as I have not ordered anything else recently from GS. Is that what it is supposed to be if I bought the $700 bundle? I don't remember how many points you are supposed to get on purchases.

*edit - my wife bought my son a Mario figure and used my account recently. So that is what the 360 points is for I guess. Now I don't think I got my PS4 points either.

Did your spiderman ce came with a free destiny 2 game. Cause my order says shipped but just on destiny 2 item and not on spiderman ce item. Btw destiny 2 item description says 3 items were shipped when i click it. So they shipped all together

No, and I ordered it when it went live on BB the first time so i d k hopefully just delay on update i d k would be a 1st for Best Buy with my orders.

My Spider-Man CE will be arriving tomorrow and it will hopefully also be departing tomorrow.  I can't believe there is this furor over the DQ CE, but this Spider-Man one is kinda getting a pass.  The entire thing looks like an insult.   Art book sampler when the full art book comes out next week?  A simplistic steelbook (we'll see if the U.S. version has the title on the spine)?  And that statue looks to be about the same quality as those statues that came with the "Amazing Spider-Man" movie.  Actually, those may have looked a little better.

 
I cancelled my Spider-Man CE from Best Buy late last night after seeing the unboxing for it. The statue looked kinda cheap and I'm sure it's cool if you're a big Spider-Man fan. They had never shipped mine out either as of 3:00am last night and there's a bunch of people having issues with it. I'm just gonna pick up the standard edition and save some buckaroo's!

I'm tempted to do the same. Standard + full size art book will be cheaper than the CE.

My CE is already shipped, so I'll just have to return it.

 
Got my tracking for the Spider-Man CE from gamestop, per-ordered in July, tracking says "just shipped" expected delivery is 9/10/18. Was supposed to be release day delivery, do they ever give you anything if you complain?

Call CS the might give you some kind of 10% off coupon is all on your GS account.

 
Still no tracking but card got charged for my Spider CE, situation a bit more optimistic as now I know they already got my money

Seems Sony is just shipping these CEs to distributors at the last minute. My store got 250 copies of the game on Tuesday and the consoles in yesterday but no CEs.

I dont know what its from I haven't bought any games form them since God of War CE and Dragon Crown Pro? But those were way before summer time? I just woke up to find a 10$ Reward cert and I am not an Elite member just gamer club member.

Only thing I can assume but it doesn't make sense is I ordered a PC from them over weekend but thought points don't hit your account till 30 days after transaction? Cause that transaction only says pending that menu? Which is why I thought was one of the 10$ Gamer Pre-order games?

As for CE status still says Pre Ordered is all

 
My Spider-Man CE from Best Buy hasn't shipped yet. I'm Elite and I pre-ordered the game when it was first available. I hope I don't get a cancellation.

Worth a shot, they sometimes give nice deals if things are late. My absolute favorite GS moment happened when RE7 released. The CEs arrived 1 day late and the DM (not sure if it was a company wide issue) decided to give those who preordered it $30 off msrp. That was a good day.

My RE7 CE I had got an email saying it was going to be late by a day. And the email included a 40 off one item coupon. But it show up on release day. I had forgot about the coupon. Went to use it a few weeks later. Then seen I could use it on just about anything over and over again. I used it about 40 times lol.

I wouldn't be worried yet, usually when I do in store pickup (as I did with both the console and the CE) it doesn't update to say "ready for pickup" until close to midnight that night or early the next morning. I'm sure everyone will still get their items on time!

Yeah I usually get the pickup email around 11 pm, but I’m always charged early (5 am) the day before release. Haven’t had that charge
 
Spider-Man CE shipment confirmation from GS.com order two days ago. Says arriving Monday 9/10. Expected, as it said it might ship late when I ordered.
