Looks like the same size and material as the Fire Emblem Fates CE since the artbook looks the same. Get ready for crushed corners posts.

I'm really not sure how rare this will be? Sold out at BB and Amazon but in stock at GameStop.

I don't exactly need this launch day.

 
Has Amazon been annoying lately for anyone else?

When I log in, I ask it to remember my information, but for some reason today whenever I go to the site, I have to enter my info to keep logging back in. It's annoying as hell.

Anybody think the Storybook Edition of Odin Sphere will be available for a while? I cancelled my preorder but I still plan to get it later. I just have too much coming this month.

It was sold out at BB this morning but it could go back up for sale after the release date. Will probably be available to purchase for at least a few weeks at Amazon and Gamestop though.

Mine should be arriving tomorrow. I'm pretty psyched :D/

 
Pre-ordered that Horizon Zero Dawn CE. Can always cancel later anyway. It does look really nice though.

Take those sites/scores with a grain of salt, but overall just some pretty okay at best scores. I'll be honest I was in the beta and it bored me to death. I liked the original because it kept you moving through the story. This "re-imagining" is open world and most of your time is spent running all over the place from mission to mission or collecting collectibles. The environment is so bland(on purpose mind you) that it makes the open world aspect boring and I almost fell asleep playing the beta because I was so bored.

Oh and it probably won't surprise anyone but the ending leaves the game wide open for a sequel.

BBY seems to sell out of CEs before any other retailer these days. Like the Overwatch CE is sold out at BBY but still available at Amazon. Actually, even GS online is sold out of the PC/XB1 version.

On a side note, I got my Overwatch CE from Amazon and jesus, fucking thing is heavy. I'm afraid someone replaced the contents and replaced them with a rock in the box.

I ordered the Horizon CE at Amazon but hopefully I'll move my order over to BB. Looks like it'll be a real nice CE. Gentle Giant is making the statue and if I remember correctly they make really nice statues. Game looks to be amazing so I can't wait to add that one to my collection. If the statue ends up sucking I'll switch over to the LE but I have a feeling it'll be nice.

 
Do we know for sure that the LE of Horizon is coming to the States?  I'm not big on statues any longer, so I'd prefer the LE over the collectors. 

 
 
I got my Odin Sphere storybook edition yesterday and I can confirm the shirt is a Large. I seem to remember someone asking a few pages back. I guess I need to lose about 20 pounds :(

 
Eh, Trails of Cold steel for the PS3 has been sold out at BB for a while, but it is $30-$36 at Amazon. Odin Sphere CE will probably be the same.

Damn, what a hard choice but I need to pass on it.

Bought too many CE where I just play the game, check out the bonus stuff a little and never touch it again. So now I had to look at it and say "you wont look at the artbook more than once, you wont listen to the soundtrack, you wont use the bag, you wont display the plush, you dont need this".

They had me at steelbook. That said, I've purged quite a bit of CE crap over the last two years that's just worthless. Thankfully they were all CAGworthy clearance purchases but for example I have a Killzone 3 helmet on porch that's probably easier to throw away than to sell.

This is pretty much exactly my line of reasoning, plus the steelbook (the only part of the Premium Edition that I'd actually want) will be available as a launch edition. I have both the PE and Steelbook Edition preordered, but I'll likely cancel the former.

Sold out probably. Amazon allowing reselling clowns order multiples at a time. They can wait about 8 months to decide if if it will be rare enough to justify keeping their order before they are charged. I hope these flood the market so none of them reselling clowns can make any money off them

I didnt know there was a steelbook launch edition, now that I will pre order. It was the only thing in that CE Id like to have had but I couldnt justify the whole thing for it.

Im guessing launch edition means it will be at any store, so I might get the amazon pre order and grab it at bestbuy when it goes up.

Damn, I'm drowning in salt right now. I got the heads up and saw the steelbook like two hours ago and passed. Had no idea there was an actual collector's edition. fuck seriously.
 
I ordered the Persona 5 CE earlier. If i decided to join Prime in a few months or so, will it auto correct the price with 20% off? Thanks.

 
I doubt P5 CE is actually sold out already. They're probably just fixing something on the listing and not letting people order for now. Probably cause a few people preordered a bunch.
