Are you kidding me? I was non-stop looking at gaming websites yesterday and the moment I have to work, Persona 5 CE drops and its sold out on amazon?  :wall: Is it just on gamestop now or did Best Buy get the availability notice?

 
Only on Gamestop ATM and like I said, better to get a placeholder and do a free reserve at store if you really want this game in the event you have a hard time locking down an order at AMZ or BBY for that 20%.

 
I preordered for In store pick up at GS incase I am not able to get this purchase through best buy. I have been waiting years for this game.... Can't believe we have to now wait until Feb 14th.... Isn't going to fly with my wife Persona 5 as our valentines day plans.

Pretty sure the P5 CE is not limited in quantity, should be able to pre order more at amazon and soon at best buy without restriction.  Can pre order on gamestop.com though if you really need to for in store pickup, you won't be charged anything now but you will have to go into the store to cancel otherwise it says you will be charged $5 when its released.

Even if it's limited, it's not sell out on Amazon in 20 minutes limited. At 730am no less. Besides Amazon seems to do this with lots of CEs. Have it up initially for really short amounts of time, then put it up again a few days later. Bravely Second CE was the same way, as well as Xenoblade X, and Tokyou Mirage Session.

I was literally waiting if they were going to have an announcement on A collectors for P5....

Now I need to stalk this for awhile to be able to lock one in, screw GS, stupid shipping and no discount.

*sigh* the time of Collectors has began again, and E3 hasn't even started.

Yeah you can pre-order this from Gamestop today and then there's a good chance you find out on Feb 13, 2017 that GS doesn't actually have a pre-order reserved for you.

Well you all convinced me to order a copy of p5 collectors edition. I have a feeling I'll probably cancel it but we'll see. Nothing in the edition really screams at me that I have to have it (although the art book would probably be nice). The regular edition comes with a steel book though so I honestly think I'm leaning towards that

I'm a sucker for persona though I feel similar about the Horizon: Zero Dawn CE. I think I'd rather the LE without the statue but I'll hold my preorder for now

Comically enough I'm the exact opposite as you. I'm torn about this CE but I feel quite a bit more content with keeping my order on the Horizon CE over the LE. That said I'm not a huuuuuge persona fan. I haven't yet played 3 and I still have to keep on going through to finish 4. I did love p4dan for what that's worth though. I'm definitely going to get p5 on launch. I just really need to determine if the bag ,soundtrack, and artbook will be worth an extra $30 or so

No, I'm pretty sure mine came from Amazon, back in the halcyon days when they used boxes to ship instead of bubbles or cardboard wrapping paper.

Hopefully the persona CE has a full sized art book. I'm tired of these small art books that companies have been putting out with CE's.

I just realized it's actually a spin-off of a spin-off.

The only thing I want from the CE is the plush, so I probably won't keep my order.

Will probably buy the JP version for the 5 game OST since I was hoping we'd get that.
