Rented For Honor on PS4 at Kiosk A and received a piece of paper photocopied with the game in it. Called (866) 733-2693 but their customer service hours were closed. Was told to leave a message but the call hung up so I tried again. Both times the call ended, not allowing me to leave a message.

Business hours start at 7:00 AM so I'll call then. Thankfully this is only the second time this has happened. The first time was when I purchased Elder Scrolls Online when it was on sale but they just asked for the disc back and refunded me.

Still frustrating that there's jerks out there doing this garbage though.

EDIT: Jusr called and was issued a free credit for a game rental that expires in 45 days. Gotta return the photocopied disc today abs hopefully that will be the end of that. Red Box is still pretty okay in my book, even with the minor inconvenience.

I assume that included video games as well.
