Be aware that not all Sears are alike, so prices are definitely YMMV.


List

• date = date posted or updated
• cp = current price
• opp = old posted price
• (oos) = out of system
  
• * = posted at different prices (more than twice, most are)

Colors

• white = current update
• dark gray = old (ie. out of stock items)

if the prices are not updated in over a month, it will be colored as dark gray.

notes:

• Don't turn this into your own trade list. Don't ask people if they want to trade X game for your Y game. PM is the best way to ask. Do your trading on the Sears Trade Thread.
• Print UPC-A barcodes if you're having a hard time getting someone to open the cases for you. If you need UPCs refer to Half.com (just type the name of the game) or to io's kmart clearance thread. Go to either UPCDatabase.com or Barcodesinc.com to generate a UPC A barcode.
  
• If you bring up a game and the employee scans it and does not show up in the system, it is most likely that the item has been pulled out of their inventory (most of us would call it 'out of system'). What this means is that the item must be returned to the manufacturer (so they were told anyways, but i don't believe it..). You can try to get them to sell it to you for the stickered price shown or maybe lower. It depends on the employee or manager.
• Some of you are confused as to why some games are priced and rung up at retail prices but its listed below as clearanced at their respective clearance prices. Heres a good example:
  • 100607 ... 01.97 ... 09.97 ... Dead or Alive 4 (Non PH) *
  • ^^^^^ notice how the last reported price was October 6, 2007. The Platinum Hits version was also on clearance since it shared the Regular version's barcode. But they put the price back up in retail a few months later. Hence you still see the game now as retail instead of clearance.

Yeah, I got one of those DDRU2 bundles, and the store only had 2 of them to begin with. It was $24.97. Ironically, I've been sitting on a sealed DDRU1 bundle since March of 2007, but my last apartment was the size of a closet. Now, that I have a bigger apartment with room to move around, it's time to get my next-gen DDR on...maybe with a friend.

Also, I found a lone copy of Dragonball: Advanced Adventure for GBA for $6.97 last night. Since decent boxed GBA games are hard to find at retail now and I've been meaning to pick the game up since I saw it at Best Buy in the value box years ago and never did, I didn't think twice.

A kid at Sears told me today they will have a clearance drop on 12/7. I am not sure if it is YMMV by store or not.

I went about a week into November and found some new drops (it was November 10th). I don't know if Sears actually has a day that they typically do clearance drops but a few months ago I was in Sears early on a Sunday and saw a guy with a sheet of stickers with some clearance games included. I was guessing they do it about 1 week into the month.

First I found the SixAxis controllers dropped to $15.97. I know it will probably drop more and since they are locked in the case with no tag, they probably would have been around but I was waiting for an under $20 price so I grabbed the last 2.

Then I checked the Singstar PS3 bundle, $9.97! The worker couldn't believe it. I also picked up NFL Head Coach for a coworker. I was saying how I found it for $0.53 at a Sears store and he asked me if I could get one for him, but at this Sears, it was $0.47, scanning for $2.97 last month.

Same here, found one Singstar bundle at a SEARS in Miami, it was marked at $24.97 but when I did the price check, the price was $9.97

I got platypus for the PSP for $4.97. Everything was properly tagged with DEC tags. Most clearance stuff has survived the holiday rush, helps that this sears has almost no one in it except for parents buying children's clothing. The other PSP games haven't seemed to drop yet, the Platypus game had the sticker UPC on it but the other games didn't have a sticker.

Thanks for the heads up on Sears. They had two Singstars under a $40 price tag but when the girl rang it up, it showed up for 9.97. All there other Singstar games were bundles; also no games had a clearance tag on them and I couldn't remember the list of games on clearance.

I picked up one from my Sears for that price. I've been wanting to play it for a while now, but I didn't want to pay a lot. I've never really been into the Zelda games, but I figured I should have one of the Gamecube's last good games.

I struck out here...the 1st Sears didn't have any Singstar games and the 2nd one had it at full price (had it scanned).

Sidenote: TRU is having a sale on Singstar....Buy 1 get $20 off on your 2nd...not the greatest but good for those looking for games and can't find them on clearance.
