This is an update and likely a long shot. However, the Steam forums are lousy for actually trading: had someone today try to trade his $4.99 Bulletstorm for not only DoD:S and my coal, but all of my TF2 items, which granted aren't that special but do include several promotional items. If anything filling the trade window wasn't worth it. :p
