Yeah. Its fuckin dumb. TECHNICALLY companies don't even want you selling codes and MS actually states that codes you receive are intended for you and your account ONLY. So, whatever. Just let us trade it all or nothing.

You know that the Call of Duty Ghosts Season Pass works for both systems right? Like it doesnt matter if it is Xbox 360 or Xbox One if you redeem a Season Pass you get both... If you redeem a Call of Duty Ghosts Season Pass to Xbox 360 youll have the season pass for the Xbox One also. They dont make you pay twice

Not correct. If you want the Season Pass on both systems, you must first buy/redeem it on the 360, and then it will appear free on the One. This process does NOT work the other way around. See the Activision FAQ linked below.

However, there are reports of people contacting Xbox support (not Activision) and allowing people to purchase the 360 version for full price, then issuing a refund.
